Immersion depth: 700 mm
Type of seal: mechanical seal FPM (GLRD FPM)
Note: for Atex - approval a pump tube with an explosion-proof motor must be used, otherwise the ATEX - guidelines cannot be complied with.
Description:
The Lutz Pump tube for residual emptying (Niro) PURE is suitable for aqueous and greasy food. Depending on the application, various Motors are available to you, which you can combine with the Pump tube at any time. This means you are flexible at all times and thus save important resources.
- also available in special immersion depths from 200 - 2500 mm
- Pump tube equipped with Lutz original hand wheel
- for Drum emptying for foodstuffs containing alcohol, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products as well as flammable cleaning agents
Features & Advantages
- Physiologically harmless design
- Food safe connections
- Optimised drum residue emptying with remaining residue of approx. 0.1 litre
- Maximum product utilisation with reduced drum cleaning and disposal costs
- Approved according to FDA and Regulation (EC) 1935/2004
- Approved according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, Category 1/2

* The maximum flow rate is a value determined by means of a test bench and measured with water at a medium temperature of approx. 20 °C. The measurement is carried out at the pressure joint of the pump, without hose, nozzle or flow meter. The achievable flow rate in use is lower and depends on the individual application, the liquid properties and the configuration of the pump. The max. delivery head also depends on the pump design, motor and fluid. The viscosity values are determined with oil. ** Test assembly: Medium water / diesel, flow in preferred direction, settling section 0.2 m upstream and downstream of flow meter
